1998 Meeting and Event Planners  Trade Show 

Award Winner!!!

Dear Trade Show Exhibitor,  

Thank you again for your participation in the 1998 Meeting and Event Planners Trade Show. Thanks to you, we had another super-successful year.

As some of you may already know, we may move to the lower level of the Convention Center for next year's trade show. The tentative date is set for November 4, 1999, but we will let you all know when that is confirmed. With the increase in exhibitors and attendees, we have outgrown the Ballroom. We are now the biggest show in the Ballroom. The attendee surveys were overwhelmingly positive with 92% of the attendees rating the show a Four (4) or Five (5) on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the best. For those of you who sent in your trade show evaluations, we really appreciate and value your input. And the winners are:  Best Decorator Booth - Snead's Party Time Best Food Booth  - DeAngelo's Catering Best Exhibitor Booth - Hollywood Lights Congratulations to these three! They earn a free booth in next year's show! If you haven't sent in your Trade Show 2000 reservation form, act quickly because the booths are already filling up. If you need another form, we can fax you one. We are already looking for ideas for next year's show, so please call us with any ideas you want to share
