Dear Steve and Crew,
We at Synetics have had a fairly longstanding relationship with your company. We began with the usual box lunch or hot lunch deliveries, which were consistently good both in quality and in price We gradually began doing larger events such as our all employee meetings and again, the consistency was ubiquitous.

In February of this year, we had an open house event for local dignitaries and our new Japanese partners. Many top-level executives were on hand and the importance of coming across in a professional manner was a very high priority. I called to obtain yet more catering services for this event and to be quite honest, was amazed at the extent to which you were willing to go in order to make this an event to remember. Not only were our food requirements met for the proceedings taking place that day (one a Sit-down hot lunch and the evening ceremonies requiring two bar stations, an hors d' oeuvres station and a formal sake' serving in cedar Masu cups) they were, by far, exceeded. (On a side note, as far as the lunch is concerned, I would like to mention that I was privy to some of the leftovers from that afternoon. The food I ate was possibly one of the best meals I have ever tasted in my life. The crab stuffed portabella mushrooms were absolutely heavenly).

Upon our initial consultation, you brought to light several key Issues that we surely would have overlooked had it not been for your suggestions. Besides providing the food, you proved to us in our final analysis that DeAngelo's is not just a catering service but rather an event planning service that provides incredible food along with many other needs to make any gathering a spectacular one. Every little detail was attended to leaving nothing overlooked. I was particularly impressed by the research that was done for the presentation of the traditional Japanese sake' ceremony we held.

I can tell you right now that we have received countless raves about our opening ceremonies and I credit much of that to you and your staff. With style and ease, you performed your services with the utmost professionalism and as an end result, made us look great I can't thank you enough for helping to make our celebration one that will he remembered for many years to come.

I would like to recommend DeAngelo's Catering for your next event. DeAngelo's provided the food and beverages at two events that Standard Insurance recently sponsored at the Portland Art Museum and both were absolutely delightful. Steve and his staff were very willing to work within my budget and coordinated the menu with the theme of each event. When the guest count for the second event increased quite dramatically just 24 hours in advance of one event. DeAngelo's was able to extend the menu and supply additional food. They arranged the food and beverage station to allow for the optimal traffic flow and kept the buffet well-stocked. Steve and his staff are professional on time and their food is always superb.

On a personal note, I have hired Steve to work on a variety of catering jobs both personal and business over the last 17 years. He is always reliable, reasonable and I've rarely seen him flustered. If it's muffins for 10 or a sit-down event for 1,000 DeAngelo’s always does a first class job. They're always the first call I make when I need a caterer.

You exceeded all of our expectations by serving up a very fresh and tasty Italian Bistro meal to our 800+ day & swing shift employees arid a wonderful waffle breakfast for our 75+ graveyard shift employees.

We greatly appreciated your full service offering of setting up the event outside with tables, chairs, tents, PA system and the "strolling musicians" was an excellent touch! You and your team are very well organized and managed our large crowd exceptionally well.

It was a pleasure working with you while planning this event and I hope to have another successful year so we can plan another event similar to this one.
